At a juncture where the architecture of criminal justice in India is being consciously reconstituted, the imperative is not merely to acknowledge reform, but to examine it with intellectual discipline and institutional responsibility. It is in recognition of this, KMC College of Law, Tirupur presents its second E-Journal—an academic compilation shaped by deliberation, critique, and a sustained engagement with the evolving contours of law.

This volume arises from the National Seminar on “Reforming the Criminal Justice System: Evaluating the Efficacy of India’s New Criminal Laws” held on 13th and 14th February 2026.
