Ensure that you have the scanned copies of the following required documents before filling out the application:

Passport size photo for applicant, parent / guardian

Transfer certificate from the last studied institution

+2 mark statement

+1 mark statement (for those who are going to appear or have appeared but not received the results in +2 Board)

SSLC mark statement

Community certificate

Aadhar card

Death certificate of parent (if any)

Upload the formal & recent passport size photographs of parent / guardian & applicant in the boxes provided in the application. (Any informal photo will not be accepted).

If the transfer certificate or +2 mark sheet has not yet been received but the candidate has appeared or going to appear for the Board exam this year, they can apply now and submit the documents once they receive them. (Note: You will be undertaking at the end of the application process to submit the pending documents as soon as you receive.)

Fill out the application form with accurate information.

Full payment of the application fee must be made.

A screenshot of the transaction receipt must be uploaded.

The screenshot must contain the transaction ID, amount, date, and time.

Partial payment or uploading false or wrong transaction receipt will lead to cancellation of the application.

After submitting the form and making the payment of the application fee, wait for the college to process your application. You may check the status of your application form through the provided contact information in the website.

Application fee is Rs. 2000/-

Make the payment of Rs. 2000/- to the following account:

Full payment of the application fee has to be made.

A screenshot of the transaction receipt must be uploaded. The screenshot must contain the transaction ID, amount, date and time.

Only on receiving the application fee and verifying the payment, the application will be further processed.

Partial payment or uploading false or wrong transaction receipt will lead to cancellation of the application.

Not to withdraw from the college before completing the full course from the college.

Not to associate with any unlawful organization.

Will not promote any political activities directly or indirectly in the college or within the vicinity of the college.

Not to consume liquor or narcotic drugs.

Not to smoking the college premises or campus.

Not to act detrimental to the interests of other students.

Not to participate or instigate any strike in the college or get involved in it in any manner.

That I am aware of the recent Hon’ble High Court Judgment wherein it has been held, “If there is any act of indiscipline which would pollute the educational atmosphere, the authorities of the college have every right to see that such a student is expelled from the institution, without undergoing meticulous procedures.”

That I am aware as per the directions of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, UGC and The Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Ragging Act, 1997, Ragging is an offence and is banned in the Institutions. Anyone indulging in Ragging is liable to be punished with rigorous imprisonment upto 3 years, and or fine upto Rs.25,000/- besides expulsion from the institution.

Not to carry cell phone or any objectionable electronic gadget, inside the class room as per University Rules.

That I will conduct myself in a manner not to destroy or deface or do mischief to the property and appearance of the college and class rooms.

That I shall not be a cause of inconvenience to the administration by encouraging outside people to either call on the campus or by phone or such other modes, using the college address for my personal communication.

That l shall be prompt to the classes in time and shall not be entitled to attendance if not in time.

To abide by the instructions of the college authorities, from time to time.

Not to be a source of indiscipline inside the college in any manner or conduct by gathering the students or collecting money for whatsoever occasion or reason, not to speak of celebrating birthday, holy and soon.

I will always present myself decently dressed in keeping with the Legal Professional Education adding dignity to the rich cultural value, which needs avoiding clad in funny, clumsy, fancy costumes and also to present with decent hair cut/shave. (No beard or hair colouring is permitted).

If I violate any of the above assurances/conditions and am found to be a problem to the institution in any way in the opinion of the institution, I can be expelled without an explanation from me for the issue of Transfer Certificate.

I assure that I shall qualify myself to appear for the University Examination by attending at least 75% of the Working Days of each Semester. If I fail to do so, I shall have no right to claim for being allowed to take the University Examinations.
